So, in case you're wondering, paintball might not be the best idea for a post-illness activity... but it was super fun. I know my stamina wasn't quite what it could have been but I'm not sure it made a lot of difference. I'm guessing the guys still would have kicked our butts pretty much exactly the same as they did.
This was a first-time adventure for everyone except two of us. The verdict? Really, really fun. But, paintballs do hurt. If you're headed out on this activity, I'd advise long sleeves. This was part of the reason we planned this for November, hoping cold weather would help with the bundle factor and ease the pain. Of course, we get a beautiful 70-degree day so no one wanted to get to layered. It all worked out though and minus a blistering tail-bone hit from behind (ahem, Brandon), I escaped mostly unscathed. Cannot say the same for many of my poor, bruised teammates (ahem, Jaimie).
Paintball. Do it. Really fun times. And yes, it hurts. Hurts so good.
We're on the move...

I've thought about it, but I'm too scared! I don't usually do things to knowingly get battered and bruised. Maybe I'll take your lead and give it a try. At least you looked cute doing it :)
